The Massoth eMOTION S sound decoder is small in size but big on features. It has the same sound features as the Massoth XLS sound decoder. eMotion S Sound Decoder The S decoder features 3 output functions, 3 contact inputs, and a 3 watts integrated high-performance sound amplifier, with 6 independent sound channels. Especially designed for analog operation, and for locomotives with existing decoders, it suitable for either DC (analog) or DCC(digital )operation, and capable of detecting the operating mode automatically. All sound features of the S decoder are available at the lowest possible voltage; a stabilized analog operation is guaranteed at 5 Volts. The decoder holds a little over 3 minutes of high quality digital sound. It stores a locomotive's prototypical operating sounds as well as an array of additional sounds that may be configured to suit individual tastes. The decoder's full-fledged digital power amplifier reproduces all sounds and side noises of a locomotive authentically. The eMOTION S sound decoder supports the full NMRA protocol, and is compatible with all generations of the LGB® MTS system. The S decoder fits readily into and is suitable for any G-scale locomotive including those manufactured by Aristocraft, Accucraft, Bachmann, KISS, LGB, and USA-Trains.
