        Have the reversing loop on your digital layout switch automatically and without short-circuits. This is better for your digital equipment and, of course, for the rolling stock. An added benefit of the reversing loop module: multiple reversing loops can be used on the layout at the same time. Normal reversing loop modules cause a short-circuit when a train enters them and the resulting voltage dip triggers a polarity reversal, e.g. 55080.The new MTS reversing loop module, on the other hand, switches without a short-circuit, so there is not interruption of the voltage on the track. Overloading the MTS control center with deliberately produced short-circuit is now a thing of the past. This is especially beneficial for track components,such as loco decoders, switch decoders, and the on-board electronics of the locomotives and cars.Notes: Due to technical progress, the previous MTS reversing loop (LGB 55080) is no longer available, having been superseded by the new item 55081.Only suitable for analog operation in certain conditions.
