The KJF narrow gauge diesel locomotive as it looked in Era IV. The original of this narrow gauge locomotive type was built by Deutz. Such small, narrow gauge diesel locomotives and units similar to them were and are used in all types of narrow gauge rural, industrial, and logging railroads. This LGB model is richly and finely detailed as well as extensively lettered.
Compared to previous versions of this model the motor and gear drive have been technically overhauled. Both axles on the locomotive are powered. In addition, the locomotive has a figure of an engineer and a prototypically detailed cab.
