Mr. Schwarz keeps busy shoveling coal into sacks for the many old houses in the neighborhood that still need coal for heating. The coal is kept dry under the wooden coal shed. Mr. Schwarz also supplies fuel gas, which is stored in the metal tank next to the office. Mr. Schwarz built the office himself out of quarry stone. The baseplates are included in the kit.
