This PIKO G-scale model presents a prototypically accurate reproduction of the popular Uce-type car. The car's relatively small length over the buffers makes it easy for most G-scale layouts to accommodate a realistic line of multiple cars in a single train. The model shows all the typical details of piping, valves and fittings, which are used on the prototype cars for loading and unloading the silo by means of compressed air. The weathertight-sealing loading hatches, which are so absolutely necessary for safe transport of the contents on the real car, are also realistically portrayed on the model. The end platforms with their finely detailed steps, as well as the ladders and elaborate railings and the brake gear at one end, all combine to finish off the model in a very realistic manner.
