The Railjet is one of the fastest locomotive-hauled trains in the world. It represents a joint train type of ÖBB, Deutsche Bahn, Swiss Federal Railways and the Hungarian state railway Magyar Államvasutak. The trains usually have, in addition to the locomotive a matching control car (item 37669). With the new design of the Railjet control car with business compartment, PIKO adds an essential element to the Railjet assortment in G scale. The Railjet is completed by a matching buffet car in typical ÖBB printing.
